We take time to prep before making this award winning classic by doing our “Mise en place” (MEEZ ahn plahs) a French term for having all your ingredients measured, cut, peeled, sliced, grated, etc. before you start. We start by hand cutting and dicing smoked, aged provolone to perfection. Next we finely chop and mince fresh parsley, combined with a secret medley of herbs and spices to bring it all together to create our succulent Cheese and Parsley Sausage.
